Senior: I have been going to KIPP Dc College Prep since I have been in the 8th grade and I am currently in the 12th grade. My experiences over the year were neutral and encountered both good and bad at KIPP DC.First I think the curriculum is great at KIPP the teachers are very friendly and they will help guide you to understand and have fun with your learning. This has personally helped me excel in my learning.I really have a good connection with my teachers.As far as my bad experiences at KIPP I feel like the learning experience is good and bad depending on who you work around and who you spend your time with. I am not sure if all the students at KIPP are welcoming ,but KIPP as a whole does have its moments when we come together and share positive vibes.The sports and clubs are also very fun along with football, basketball, dance,musical theater, and more.Plus not to mention KIPP sets you up pretty good for college and the workforce.
