Senior: Prattsburgh Central School is a small school in a small town. Since the grades K-12 are in the same building, I've gotten to know my classmates for twelve years and have built relationships that will last a lifetime. Although the town is small, the community has a big spirit that shines during sports competitions. Also, since there fewer people in a class, the teachers can have a one on one relationship with the students and create a learning environment and style that benefits each student. The teachers truly have your best interest in mind and encourage questions and seeking extra help outside of class. There are also plenty of ACE courses you can take through Corning Community College at PCS to earn college credit at an affordable price. Overall, the students, the teachers, and the community provide an educational experience that I'll be forever grateful for as I go to college and pursue a career. Thank you PCS!

Niche User: Avoca Central School may be incredibly small, but that is part of the charm. Every teacher knows every student, and every student knows every student. As a result of the size of the school, the classes were small which helped with the education of the students. Teachers were able to help with every student, at mostly any time.

Senior: I have been at Corning Christian Academy form Kindergarten to senior in high school. My class sizes have been small 10 -15 students though out the years. I think the small size has been a advantage to me. Teachers take time with me and other individuals showing they care and want me to be successful. Being a small Christian school I get opportunities to learn faith base life lessons that help me develop my own options and become a positive person. At our school over many years I have played several sports but playing volleyball has taught me team work and leadership.
