Alum: I started at Rocinante halfway during my sophomore year after I had my daughter. I had a great experience, the teachers were so nice, the students were welcoming and I had some great opportunities. I got to speak on the student panel for my school with a couple of other students. I also traveled to College Horizons, a college-prep program in Michigan with the help of my counselors and teachers. I recommend this school to any mothers, teenagers who don't do good in big schools and for students who would be interested in getting their credits a lot sooner than you normally would in high school, which is due to having four different terms. Parent: This is my child's 2nd year at ASE and we absolutely love it! The teachers and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the diversity is unbelievable and overall just a very welcoming place to be. They communicate well and welcome the parents to be involved in everything, especially to follow your child's progress and their grades. It has also been a relief to know all the safety measures and precautions they have in place to protect the students during this pandemic. They truly take their health and well being seriously. Sophomore: The teachers at New Mexico Connections Academy are very understanding, kind, and fair. They want to see you succeed so they always try their hardest to help you meet that goal. The staff at Connections Academy are very nice and helpful whenever you have any questions or concerns. They don't promote bullying and take care of situations when there are others who are bullying. Senior: My few years as a high school student at Manzano have been interesting to say the least... Alum: My experience at Eldorado was actually decent. The teachers care about helping you take in information easy. The school truly prioritizes mental health and inclusivity. There are many electives and clubs to get involved in. The school sprit is spectacular, especially during school assemblies. The campus is kind of outdated, but is slowly being renovated.
