High School Senior: The students are overall good. There are a small handful of kids that are disrespectful/rowdy that constantly get disciplined. The school as a whole is on the cliquey side. Middle School Student: Theodore Schor Middle School is a great place and a great place for all those kids coming into the school in 5th grade. Unlike some other schools schor takes their time and eases them into the school, they visit the school once in 5th towards the end of the year to get a feel of the school. Going into the school is already difficult enough but thanks to the kind teachers that are always willing to help you if you need it they make it that much easier. Parent: Overall the school is good. The faculty are nice and understanding. My two children have had good education here. The college counselors are very active and well organized. The school needs to improve in clubs and afterschool activities. My older one is in high school and there are very few interesting clubs and if your kids are not good in sports, there is not much to do. For middle school, afterschool activities are more interesting and all are free. I am happy that there are uniforms because sometimes kids like to dress inappropriately if no enforcement. Middle School Student: This school has alot of diversity and a good advanced education program for those who pass the test and can be enrolled into the curriculum. Junior: My experience at Beloved community Community Charter School is very lovely. The teachers are nice and try to show efforts for the students to learn. The teachers are always there when you need them. They have the nicest teachers I have ever seen. The school is built on a college level of academics. Parent: Great school! I didn't have high expectations at first but it's actually a great school. The learning methods are amazing and they prepare my kid for any test. The teachers are all kind and compassionate although sometimes they leave a bit too much homework but it's nothing you can't deal with, after all, it prepares my kid for a high school and college environment.
