High School Junior: If I had to choose one word to describe Wellspring, it would be 'pushy.' The teachers push you to succeed, the parents push you to attend, the students push you through the hallways. There's always a forward motion going on, but not in a bad way. Wellspring is a good school for preparing you for college. The classes are difficult; at least a C- in every class is required to graduate, and each student must take at least 2 Advanced Placement courses. But that doesn't mean the teachers don't offer help. Every single day, after school on either Tuesday or Thursday, the teacher will be there for tutoring in their classroom. It's challenging but fair, and the teachers are always finding ways to improve their classes.

As for the students, I will never cease to be amazed at how incredibly diverse we are. There are all kinds of students at Wellspring, and there are no overly noticeable cliques. I've heard some stories of hardship from my friends, but I personally have never been bullied, never seen any worse behavior than belligerence towards the teachers and swearing in the hallways. And there could definitely be worse crimes, considering that this is high school.

Overall, I would recommend Wellspring Prep. It's an extremely unique school with a good curriculum guided by caring staff.
