Senior: The school overall is a good school, there are minor improvements that I wish to see happen, but don’t we all wish that for our schools. The only thing I could say bad about the school is that the school lunch needs massive improvements, and when it comes to seniors and the whole college race, they need more resources that can help them. Being a senior myself I felt like I was alone when it came to college preparation time, my parents didn’t know much about the whole process, so I had to do it on my own. Catskill high school makes you feel like a family, when you walk down the hall your greater by teachers all the time, administration knows you by name and it makes you feel like you are able to talk to them on a personal level, which is really nice when it comes to the hardships of high school.... Senior: Hunter-Tannersville Middle/High School is a great school. The small community allows for better connections between students and teachers. I found my years as a student at this school were amazing while I still got a good education. There is a lot of pride that unites even the whole town in this one school. Parent: WAJ is a small school where students can receive personalized attention that results in better learning. The environment is safe and secure and demonstrates a sense of community. Senior: Pretty okay experience, made good friends here. There's a lack of parent engagement with student education and there's a lot of mismanagement by the administration. Many sports clubs, but lacking in other extra-curricular activities. Teachers are generally lovely, but are often ignored by administration. Senior: The school offers a comprehensive curriculum with a variety of academic programs, including AP courses, honors courses, and Career and Technical Education programs through Boses Questar. CA high school also has a large variety of athletics and clubs to offer its students year-round. In addition, the school displays a 93% graduation rate which far exceeds the New York state average of 84.8%. Junior: Overall, my experience with the Greenville Central School District has been positive. Every year I have studied here, I feel I have learned all the information I need to succeed in my examinations and more in almost all of my classes. For a small, rural school, Greenville has very successful athletics teams which I have had the privilege of both participating and taking leadership roles in. The extracurricular programs are diverse and plentiful, with the Future Farmers of America club standing out as an incredibly useful program for students to improve as leaders, orators, agriculturalists, and members of the community. The facilities of Greenville are older and do not meet modern demands for high school athletics; however, renovations are currently underway which will provide the school with an entirely new track, along with tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, and soccer fields....
