Alum: I attended SOCA from 3rd to 12th grade. The staff were very caring, the curriculum was advanced, and they did have sports (2003). It was a small school and although it didn't have a huge lab, state of the art classrooms, the staff, the environment, and the classes and extra curricular activities were enough to keep me engaged. I'll be finishing up my master's degree in spring 2018 and am very grateful to that little Christian private school for giving me the courage and foundation I needed to succeed.

Alum: I loved my time at Hampden DuBose Academy! The teachers were caring and dedicated to seeing each student succeed academically and in life. They taught principles that have greatly helped me in my life. However, I think they could have pushed the students a little bit more. The school itself needed to be larger, there were too many students for the facility.

From the Headmaster, through the Administrative team, to the teachers down to the students and families - this school is one of the greatest communities we've ever been a part of. The school truly cares about my children as individuals. Their teachers have planned their curriculum around each of my child's strengths and weaknesses to give them the best possible education. We love Windermere Prep!

Alum: I have attended The First Academy since sixth grade, and just recently graduated. I am so proud to call TFA my school, and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience there. Every single teacher I had throughout my career here cared for me like a friend, and was more than willing to form a personal relationship with me. Furthermore, there are countless opportunities for student leadership, which is highly encouraged by the school. The fostering, Christian environment for blossoming young adults preparing for the real world, coupled with the opportunity to utilize a curriculum that is highly personalized to one's specific needs, sets TFA apart from any other high school. Overall, a fantastic place to have spent the last seven years of my life!

Junior: I've been at the school since 6th grade and plan on graduating from Circle. The people there are extremely nice! If you're having trouble with classes, teachers welcome you to reach out. The largest issue I've encountered has been with their eLearning site where we submit assignments: some teachers don't know how to use it. Another issue would be the mixed enforcement of school policies. Some policies the take very seriously, however others are never enforced even when student have blatantly broken them, like dress code.

Alum: I would like to see a more mixing of the cultures and not just focus on one so much. The Conrad academy has a very nice gym but do not take full affect of it so much more could be done with it. The teachers can be a more involved with the teaching process and not just give a piece of paper and let the students figure it out by themselves.

Sophomore: What I like about The Life Academy of Excellence is that the teachers are very helpful in the classroom and they try to help students keep there minds on there education instead of things that are not going to take you nowhere.

One thing I want to change is for them to start doing sports. Sports are a good thing to have, it teaches you to have good sportsmenship and also teamwork.

Senior: I like how at Potter's House Academy, you grow into the family structure there. Yes, you're gonna have people you don't like but, because the school is kind of small, you guys will work out whatever is going between you people. Experiences here are amazing and it's a Christian school so we have chapels and they're great. I am a servant leader at the school and been at the school for about 7 years. Honestly I can say I love it!!
