Walla Walla High School
- Walla Walla Public Schools, WA
- Rating 3.72 out of 5 307 reviews
Senior: Like every high school, Wa-Hi isn't perfect. Your experience really depends on who you're surrounded by but for the most part everyone has been pretty nice to me over the last four years. Our drama and music departments are underfunded and underrated, we work really hard and have a lot of fun, so make sure to participate and/or cheer on those who are a part of it! Basically, keep up on your school work and stay away from toxic friends and you'll be fine.

Sophomore: DeSales has a very welcoming environment and wonderful faculty and staff. Our school is very old and has a long history. DeSales gets enough funding from tuition and donors and sponsors, but the school could use more funding.

Senior: Their Spanish class is impeccable. The teacher does hands-on learning and the class is so fun to be in! We learned Spanish through stories, games, and just chatting - with some vocabulary lessons peppered in. It did wonders for my comprehension of the language.
Though some don't appreciate the block schedule at CPHS, I've quite enjoyed it. Because I have a class every other day, I get an extra day to work on the homework, and I only have to carry 3 classes-worth of materials every day, not 6. We do a lot more hands-on projects in class, since each block is 2 hours long. There is plenty of time in class to get assigned homework done, too.
CPHS also participates in a Washington State program called Running Start, in which juniors and seniors can take classes at the local community college and earn college credit while earning a high school diploma. Some, like myself, even do Running Start full-time and go on to get an Associate of Arts. I think it is an excellent opportunity.

Walla Walla Valley Academy
- Private School
- College Place, WA
- Rating 3.96 out of 5 24 reviews
Senior: I first started going to Walla Walla Valley Academy my sophomore year. Previously, I was attending Walla Walla High school. In the middle of the year, the thought of going to a private school had really won me over, and so, with full support of my parents, that’s where I went. The teachers are so caring, and the kids are generally better mannered. The education is also exceptional. It’s the best I’ve had. As with any other high school, there are a few bad teens, but most of them aren’t. The only problem that I experienced, was that most of these kids have been together since babyhood. They are really close knit, and don’t seem to be good to adapting to strangers. Other than that, go knights!

Touchet Elementary/High School
- Touchet School District, WA
- Rating 4.2 out of 5 10 reviews
Alum: The teachers were nice and the students were close to one another. Because of that closeness, the student body felt like a family. The teachers were willing to push their students to learn material for themselves. That said however, the teachers were always willing to give a helping hand when needed. The administration worked so that no student was left behind. The wider community was always there to support the school by attending school sports activities and class fundraisers. There was also many activities outside of the classroom to be involved in. It would be nice if there were more sports resources for disabled students.

Waitsburg High School
- Waitsburg School District, WA
- Rating 4 out of 5 9 reviews
Senior: Waitsburg High School is a great school. I found it very easy to learn there, with small numbers it makes it easy for students to get one to one help from teachers if they have questions or need help. Also with it being a small school it is easy to find friends, since Waitburg is a friendly place. The only bad thing I can think of is how small the school is. Everyone knows everything about eachother.
