Capital Christian School
#5 Best Christian High Schools in Sacramento County
Parent: I have three children attending CCS: 1st, 3rd and 10th grades. My 10th grader began at the school in 5th grade. Our experience through middle, elementary and high school has been outstanding. My 9th grader has had the opportunity to participate in student government, take an AP class (and passed the AP exam to earn college credit!), plays 3 sports and enjoys a campus climate that is welcoming and supportive. He also participated in a Law Academy program, where he was able to visit the local state and federal courts, learn from attorneys and judges, and learn how to read legal cases. It was an incredible opportunity for a high school student. Our kids have all enjoyed the support of deeply committed teachers, who show a sincere interest in their success and growth academically, spiritually, socially and emotionally. The school employs full time campus security and we feel extremely comfortable with the campus safety plan. The new Head of School, Tim Wong, is outstanding!
