Alum: I loved my time at HLS! I definitely would recommend to students living in Louisville to check out the school. It is difficult, but challenging in a way that allowed me to grow in knowledge and reach my full potential. The teachers are great and care about your success. I do wish we had focused a bit more on how to write great essays to prepare for college. However, there was some instruction on this, and I still did very well in college. I also know that learning Latin has helped me so much during my college career, particularly as an English major who is preparing to attend law school in the Fall.
