St. Joachim School
High School Junior: The academics that I received in St. Joachim were good, but has not prepared me enough for high school. I was quite disappointed with science, Spanish, and English. However, every other subject was taught great.
From 6th-8th grade, we got to go on overnight field trips with our class that formed bonds between our classes of 25-35 kids. Overall, this was the best part of my experience in St. Joachim. It helped me become more environmentally conscious, meet new people, and become closer with my class. These overnight camps left me with great memories and new, close friends.
St. Joachim stays true to its Catholic teachings with informal masses on Mondays and regular masses on Fridays, the Hunger Banquet, the regular St. Vincent de Paul meals, and many more activities along with academic classes.
I would definitely enroll my children to St. Joachim as its completely shaped the way that I live now, and left me with great memories of my childhood.
