Arlington High School
#1 Best Public High School Teachers in Washington County
- Arlington Public Schools, NE
- Rating 3.53 out of 5 60 reviews
Senior: My experience at Arlington was very good. I was able to take a variety of courses from college statistics to advanced woodworking. The only problem was that with the advanced placement classes, students had to have been in the advanced classes since middle school or else they were very unprepared for a basic honors class. Athletics were good with the exception of distribution of money. The football team got more money than any other sport while the wrestlers and cheerleaders share wrestling mats. To be more simple, life at Arlington is pretty good for someone who is actively involved in activities and is very social.

Blair High School
#2 Best Public High School Teachers in Washington County
- Blair Community Schools, NE
- Rating 3.67 out of 5 141 reviews
Alum: I loved my experience at Blair High School. They made sure that I could be involved in anything that I wanted. They had plenty of things to choose from too! The music program is great, and so are the sports programs.
Things that I would like to see changed are some better food, a little better preparation for college, and maybe a little bit of an update to the facilities.

- Rating 3.38 out of 5 37 reviews
Senior: Fort Calhoun HS has a welcoming and supportive environment. Teachers strive for the successful education of all students, and go out of their way to help them find opportunities. Students all know each other through their involvement in multiple sports/clubs/extracurriculars over the years, which creates a positive, tight-knit community. I will miss it!
