Nestucca High School

Senior: I went to Nestucca from 7 grade up to my senior year, I graduated from Nestucca this year. Going to this school was amazing, having small class sizes was nice especially because I am not that social. I knew almost everyone at the school and you will quickly find out how easy it is to fit in. The staff is amazing, all they care about is your success, they care about you and will push you to be the best you can be. If you ever need help with a class, they are more than happy to help, sometimes it can be hard to ask for help but with them you will feel comfortable. I loved going everyday, and messing with the office ladies (they are the best!) I also loved learning something new everyday, not only about academics but also life in general.

Tillamook High School
- Tillamook School District, OR
- Rating 3.49 out of 5 77 reviews
Senior: TIllamook High School is located in my home town. Everyone knows everyone, so school culture is pretty close-knit. I find that THS has a lot to offer for what it is. With only 5,000 people in Tillamook I find that THS offers a vast amount of programs for many students. Teachers are personable and honest; their mentorship has helped students abtain their goals. I appreciate Tillamook High School for what its done, though I believe that they can improve on things like diversity and challenging courses.

Neah-Kah-Nie High School
- Neah-Kah-Nie School District, OR
- Rating 3.27 out of 5 15 reviews
If that is something you value in a school, Neah-Kah-Nie High School could be a great match for you/your child. I know you may see schools talking about how great their community is, but when I say community, I mean less than 250 students total. I mean almost every student has grown up with each other since 6th grade, or pre-school. As a current senior at Neah-Kah-Nie High School, I guarantee that I could name every student's first and last name.
All clubs and teams from Neah-Kah-Nie build very close-knit relationships. From personal experience, I can tell you that joining Speech and Debate at NKN is one of the best things you could do in school to build confidence, make new friends, and have LOADS of fun--you never know what will happen at a speech and debate tournament!
As for the staff, it's amazing at how much the students admire many of them. Students even go to our office-lady for advice/comfort!
I am grateful for my experience at Neah-Kah-Nie.
