Senior: I love LHS! It is a very good school; there are many opportunities and clubs open to students. The teachers are excellent at what they do, tutoring is available for free, and teachers are all kind and understanding. The culture is really nice too, although there is not much diversity, most students are involved and happy to be at Lindbergh. The school is taking steps to become better at what it does too which is important! The amount of technology, art, and other more niche extracurriculars/classes are starting to increase, which shows the district looking towards the future of education. Although I do not have to perspective of sports or music, the core classes are great! The district and teachers try to understand each student from K-12 and help them reach their potential. The campus is large and the amount of varying classes lets students feel what college will be like. Overall, great school!

Brentwood High School
#34 Best Public High School Teachers in Missouri

Senior: Brentwood High School is the best school I could've gone to for my 4 years of high school. I wouldn't have trusted my education with anyone else. The small community that makes you feel like you have a family. The small class sizes, which make you feel like your teachers know you extremely well. The amazing students that will get to walk across that stage with you, when the time comes. My peers and teachers always pushed me to be my best, and I couldn't have asked for a better school. However, every school has its flaws. Brentwood is by no means perfect. There was a lot of ignorance about important things and a lot of different opinions about politics. Nonetheless, most people at Brentwood are open-minded, open to change, and ready to listen to whatever you have to say. Also, the administration makes it very easy to change something that you see wrong amongst your peers. All around, Brentwood is like a real family; that comes with drama and love. I couldn't have had a better 4 years.

Sophomore: I had a great experience at WGHS! Overall, I had great teachers, and a very diverse group of teachers. I learned a bunch, even though it was in the middle of covid, and they executed their back to school plan very well. Everyone is very accepting as well! I was very big in the music program, and I thought there were many different options, and it was great!

Affton High School

Alum: Affton has a small town feel inside of a big city - St. Louis, MO. I graduated with a class under 200 students and knew every single one of my classmates, mostly from kindergarten. There is so much diversity with religions, cultures, and ethnicities that I feel largely contributed to my openness to others and belief in equality. I wish all children could attend a wonderful school like Affton, from the diversity, wonderful faculty and teachers, and small community atmosphere helps shape wonderfully well-rounded young adults and helps set you on the right track for your personal and professional life. Thank you, Affton! P.S. I'm a second-generation student. My parents (middle school sweethearts), and all of my aunts and uncles attended Affton during the 1970-80s, and my two younger brothers and I graduated within the last 8 years from AHS. Very proud Affton family!

Junior: The school offers lots of opportunities to students in order to get them prepared for what they decide to do after high school. Students are able to go on college campus visits, get on or offtsite internships, and so much more. Pretty much all teachers are very supportive and are excellent at what they do. I do wish there was a bit more variety in the clubs and electives, but it is understandable that they dont have enough teachers for those things. The building is also very nice and there are many sports to join.
