Alum: I was a part of Michigan Great Lakes Virtual Academy for 4 years (from 8th-12th grade), and I absolutely loved it! At first, I was extremely nervous, since I was new to the system and the tools that my teachers used. But, after meeting with and talking to my teachers, I realized that I wasn't alone in this. They were so kind and understanding towards me, helped me greatly with each of my weekly assignments, and were always willing to schedule time out of their day to meet with me and help me with anything I needed. Still to this day, I am very close friends with these teachers and will be working side-by-side with them in 2023! I DEFINITELY recommend this online charter school to anyone and everyone that wants to try a new school or online learning experience! :)
