Alum: I would say that Bob Jones helped make way a great future for me! There I was able to take AP and Pre-AP classes to get ahead and actually challenge myself. Those classes were useful and gave me the jump when it came to excelling in University classes. Also, the career counselor who was there at the time I was, aided me greatly! Without her, I likely wouldn't have known about various opportunities.

With courses and programs in health science, engineering, teaching, and more; students have each schedule crafted for their specific interest. Along with academics, there is an abundance of extracurriculars and organizations offered at James Clemens (that’s student can create)! I myself started a book club, Jets Inspired, at James Clemens in the 2019-2020 school year before I graduated. All in all James Clemens is a friendly and challenging campus that has help me pursue my future goals.

Senior: Sparkman High School is a pretty good school overall. It offers internships for students who want to go into the medical field, In addition, students are allowed opportunities to take technical classes off campus to gain experience in technical fields. Besides the good opportunities and good academics, we have different clubs and organizations that every student can be a part of. The only thing that I would change about my school is that I wish we had more school spirit! For an example, I wish there were more pep rally’s and activities that would make the student body more united, but besides that I believe it is a good overall high school!

Freshman: There are many great things that come with attending Sparkman. For example, I like having a separate Ninth Grade school because it eases us into what it's like to be in High School. he teachers are great as well! However, one downside is that the we Ninth Graders move up to be Tenth Graders, it will give us the nervousness that going to a new school includes, because, once more, we will be the youngest in the school.

Parent: Our daughter goes to the Pre-Nursery program for 2 year olds (the description on this Niche site says that Preschool program starts at age 4 - not correct) and she is thriving. She is able to recognize letters and count, and loves her music class. There's library session once a week, and very well thought out learning modules. The teachers are excellent and have wonderful communication with the parents. My husband and I were both former teachers at private institutions and we love the school!
