Senior: At Aledo High School, I really appreciate the fact that they encourage every student to choose a career pathway. For example, I am on the health care pathway so by the end of my high school experience I will be a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. One thing that I would change about Aledo High School is the school's diversity. In Aledo I feel like there is not as much diversity as there is in a school further in the metropolitan area. I feel like more diversity could enhance my learning experience by exposing me to new cultures, religions, and ethnicities.

Niche User: I attended this high school from the years 2015-2017 and graduated as President of National Honor Society. I can only describe my time spent there as nothing below extraordinary. I was a troubled teenager who could not handle a school with larger classrooms and a nonpersonal learning environment. At Crosstimbers, my largest classroom had 12 students. It was perfect for one on one education and the attention I really needed to express myself. The staff was also amazing, they pushed my boundaries and encouraged me to excel in ways other schools never could. My teachers became life mentors and still occasionally help me when I need advice or counseling now on to a college level. Each one was well-educated, highly professional and had a passion for not only preparing teenagers to be young adults in our next steps in life but to work at a personal pace with individual students. Getting to know our strengths, weaknesses, skills, talents and more. It was a blessing I found Crosstimbers.

Peaster High School
#3 Best Public High School Teachers in Parker County

- Rating 3.83 out of 5 71 reviews
Junior: So far in my high school experience, I have endured many encounters that I feel I would not have had the opportunity to be apart of in a big, or private school. The independent school district of Peaster High School is a very close community that feels like a family. Although there’s many more good things to weigh out the bad, the are still minor details that I would love to see change in the future. For instance, the cafeteria food, although this may seem very small, many kids, unlike me, eat a school lunch everyday. In my opinion, the food needs to be fresher and more nutritional. Another major thing that I see that many other students may not see to be an issue is the communication with only some of the teachers. I see that all teachers must have a good communication ability to work with students to allow them to better their grades and acquire help. All in all, I believe Peaster Independent School District is an amazing school with only minor things to be changed in the future.

Weatherford High School

Alum: Weatherford High School has an administration that always tries very hard to make the best decisions for its students. Weatherford has a lot to admire about the way they run things and the opportunities that they give students. Every student leaves Weatherford with knowledge and tools under their belt, even if they weren't the most dedicated to their education. Weatherford has so much to offer, but some things stand out. The programs they have for disabled students is arguably one of the best in the country, and they are always willing to accommodate students' needs. We also have outstanding officers who are always on campus offering protection and even guidance at times.

Senior: I am involved in just about everything you can be that has to do with leadership, and I absolutely love it. I have been at this school since I first started school, and it has been amazing to see it grow. Brock High School offers so many new opportunities for kids. I am in NHS (Historian), Student Council (President), and my local FFA chapter (Vice President and Student Advisor. Having held these positions, I have a lot of involvement on making Brock an amazing place. From sports to academics, we are the best at it all! The tight knit community and friendships are something I will treasure for ever. It is a small school so everyone knows everyone, which I like. I could never imagine going to a large school and not knowing everyone in my grade.

Senior: The way the community supports the High school creates a unique experience. Most of the community comes to events and cheer on the athletes, as well as giving for fundraisers. They have many clubs and sports to participate in which helps the experience of high school be fun. Many students participate in some kind of extra curricular activity, either sports or clubs. They have teachers that help students to achieve their dreams and hold them to high expectations. Poolville high school has a campus that helps students to do much more than just graduate. They provide some life skills and help students to get some certificates to help the kids after high school.

Springtown High School

- Rating 3.66 out of 5 195 reviews
Senior: The teachers and administration have been great! I have really been blessed to have teachers that care about my education and that have worked hard to prepare me for college. I always feel that I can go to them for help and that they have an open door policy. The administration has taken the time to know me personally and speak to me on a daily basis. They are always encouraging and celebrate any accomplishment their students make and are excited about doing so. They have a college acceptance wall every year for the seniors to display who is going where and this is a big deal! The student body has been amazing. I have attended Springtown ISD since from the very beginning and am so thankful for this. I have many friends from all walks of life and we respect each other and help each other out. Our school has a great amount of spirit and even with COVID, our student body, parents, administrators, and teachers continue to encourage all of us.

Senior: A small and personal environment. Personal connections to help the students succeed. The community across all the three schools are very well connected and extremely friendly. The staff do whatever it takes to help each and every student succeed, no matter where they come from, or what their home life is. They help every student, every day, doing whatever it takes.
