Alum: I was at Ideaventions from 7th grade through 12th grade, and it was a phenomenal experience. The teachers give high quality, engaging lessons. Roughly half of the classes are project based, even the English classes, something that I think is great when it comes to learning how to work effectively. The engineering classes are all hands on, where the classwork revolves around designing and building systems. The math curriculum is deep and efficient, the teachers present the information in an efficient manner that gets at the core axioms of a concept which us students then extrapolated and implemented in order to solve problems, a method I find to be far superior to the traditional approach of memorizing steps to solve problems. The clubs! These were the best part of the school, and there are all kinds of fun clubs. A few of my favorites were the Naturalist club, Inventor's club, Math Honors Society, Dungeons and Dragons club, and the Sysadmin club. I 100% recommend this school.... Read 12 reviews

Parent: My husband & I specifically bought our home in this district for our son to attend Jordan Creek Elementary in Kindergarten. He is now in the 4th grade, & I cannot express how IMPRESSED we are with Jordan Creek from the Exceptional Teachers, One on One Learning, Academics and Student Morale the school exemplifies in! Each year, it is hard to think that the next years teacher can be as wonderful as the current year & then I realize EVERY year it has continued and how invested each teacher is & how they truly care about their students. The Best decision we have ever made is allowing our son to have the best education & Guidance from some of the best Teachers, Staff and Facility that only Jordan Creek can offer.... Read 4 reviews

Parent: Right now I have a 5th grader there and a new Kindergartner. Our experience has been overall good. My son has had a couple teachers that I question their abilities to teach well, but has had some excellent teachers that make up for it. The school itself is small for as many students that it has, but I don't think that detracts from the education the students receive. The area around the school is family friendly with only a few concerns, a hotel just down the way from the trails behind the school and the busy roads not too far away. Overall the choice we made to move to this area 10 years ago was a good one. My son loves his school and some of the friends he has made and we are hoping our other kids enjoy their future experiences as well.... Read 7 reviews

The teachers were encouraging and set high expectations for all students. I would have liked to have more opportunities to join multiple clubs which were not offered at the time; however, my siblings are currently attending Queen of Apostles and I have seen a tremendous change in the atmosphere which fosters school spirit and personal growth.... Parent: I have one alum and two middle schools sons at Lowell. The younger two started in Kindergarten and the oldest in third after attending our local public elementary school. Although my sons are completely different, Lowell has managed to understand and bring out the best in each of them. My oldest, the quiet introvert at public school, was completely brought out of his shell and is now a confident 10th grader. Lowell taught him self advocacy. My younger two have been encouraged to use their over abundance of self-confidence to boost other children up. Thanks to Lowell, they are empathetic leaders. Lowell has helped me parent my boys to be their best selves -- confident yet kind, thoughtful and public-spirited.
