Senior: Junction City High School has a lot of electives! Having a wide selection of classes to take makes school interesting and fun, and there are always electives to look forward to when core classes seem boring. Additionally, the school has a variety of clubs that meet during lunch on different days, so if your daily schedule isn't the best, you can still have a club to look forward to. School spirit weeks are always entertaining, and they keep everyone involved with class competitions and assemblies. Overall, there is a lot to do to help keep students happy even when classes become stressful, and it's easy to feel like an important part of the school.

Senior: I like the small town feel of this school. It is very small, which gives students and faculty more opportunities to work one on one. Academics are very important there, and students are strongly encouraged to interact and participate in many school activities, including clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities.
One unique aspect about this school, is how the teachers are all very well equipped to helping the students in any situation, whether it's teaching the kids, or counseling them through life. There are many alternatives to learning at HHS. There are many students who are either accelerating at a fast pace or a slower pace, and at Harrisburg, students are given alternatives to learning. Whether it's getting one on one tutoring, or being put in a college lever class.

Alum: I loved the teachers. The teaching is really personalized. If the work is too hard they'll try to give you something different, if its too easy for you, you can choose to do something harder. They also work amazingly with mental health issues.
