#83 Best Private High Schools in Michigan
- Private School
- CEDAR LAKE, MI
- Rating 3.86 out of 5 50 reviews
Alum: This school was exceptional. The staff were very caring, loving and always put the students first even before themselves. They would hang out and invite us over and the environment was like a family. The education wasn’t easy but taught me a lot for the future and prepared me for university. The campus is lovely and has a nice gym, administration building, cafeteria and good dormitories. They plan fun events to keep the students engaged and help each kid have friends for the future. Love this school and it’s staff members. Brought Jesus and showed who he truly is and how much He loves us.

Montabella Junior/Senior High School
- Montabella Community Schools, MI
- Rating 3.4 out of 5 63 reviews
Senior: Montabella is a great school for students to attend if they like the “small school environment.” For being a small school that Montabella is, we have almost everything that any other school would have. The teachers and staff are very friendly and the resources that they have to improve their students learning is phenomenal! The sports could always use some work but that’s just because we don’t have a large variety of students to be able to pick and choose from like most high schools have.

Vestaburg Community High School
- Vestaburg Community Schools, MI
- Rating 3.35 out of 5 34 reviews
Senior: At Vestaburg Community High School I liked the friendly staff and teachers that were there. They were always willing to lend a helping hand whenever you needed it. Even if you never asked for it they helped you. Everyone there was also so friendly and NO BULLYING ever happened. Everyone just gets along really well here. One thing I would like to see be changed would be the school lunches. Some kids are still so hungry after we get one thing. It's not enough. We get that it's the healthy requirement but some people don't eat breakfast so we rely on lunch that day. That is one thing I would like to see change.
