Senior: Central Columbia is a pathway school that allows you to explore areas of interest that might lead to a career. The teachers are among some of the best and extremely helpful! Administration is good and cares about the well-being of all of its students. Central Columbia has prepared me for college and offers many opportunities to earn college credit before graduating high school.

Parent: The staff at Nazereth Prep have truly become our extended family! For the last 4 years they have been there for not only my son but the whole family. When my son developed anxiety about riding the bus and started missing school, they came up with a plan so he could still learn. They made a plan using technology so he could continue learning. When we could not drink the water from our taps due to excessive chemicals, they went to Costco, they delivered cases of water to any family who needed it. Due to them, my son has gained confidence and a direction for life after high school. When I was sick and in the hospital, I received a get well card, teachers and other staff asking my son how I was feeling and sending their best wishes! I totally recommend Nazereth Prep to any family who wishes to see their child grow and become confident in who they are and what they can accomplish with hard work and critical problem solving skills!

Hughesville Junior/Senior High School
#228 Best Public High Schools in Pennsylvania
- East Lycoming School District, PA
High School Senior: The academics at Hughesville High School are excellent! There's a variety of classes so everyone can meet their wants. Our school offers Academic, Honors, and AP classes of most core classes (Math, English, ect.). The teachers are excellent and always try their best to make sure all of their students understand the material and succeed. The scheduling process is very simple. Towards the end of the school year students are called into the auditorium by grade to talk about the next school year. A list of classes are located on our iPads and students get to choose what they want. English, Math, Science, and a Social Studies class are mandatory along with gym and lunch, but students can decide if they want to take a bunch of electives or other addition core classes. The workload is pretty average, I never struggle to finish my homework even though I work.

Millville Area Junior/Senior High School
- Millville Area School District, PA
Senior: Millville High School is a very small school, and with that, you know everyone, and they know you. This is an advantage because you can talk to anyone and not be afraid to ask for help. The best part is that the teachers learn about you personally within a week, unlike most schools. Another advantage is that everyone is very accepting and welcoming of everyone, so new students feel comfortable the first day they are there. If anything could change about the school, I would like to see the diversity of it be different. A disadvantage of being a small school is that there is not a lot of diversity between races or religion. I feel this does not help prepare students for the world outside of our high school. Overall, Millville High School is a great experience for learning and preparing for college with its advantages and minimal disadvantages.
