Alum: It's a high school were I learned a lot. I was in the architectural drawing workshop were I learned different techniques. I had the opportunity to be in math competitions thanks to my teacher. I used to help my math teacher tutoring others. I took advanced classes like Math, Spanish and English.... Read 2 reviews

Senior: Sadly, I lost a lot of time of high school because of Hurricane Maria, recent earthquakes, and the pandemic. But the time I was there my experience was amazing. Students there build up leadership very quickly. Also, the school lets us participate of extracurricular activities very often, and lets us build a nice relationship between students. The only thing I would change would be the cleaning services, since they lack of supplies.... Read 13 reviews

Senior: I’ve loved my time at SJC! It took a little bit of time to get used to as a freshman because of how technologically dependent the school is. Most, if not all, work is done on the IPad which is great for so many reasons. The student life is amazing and staff want to see you succeed. However, some of the older teachers tend to get stuck in their ways of teaching and need to modernize their methods. Overall, SJC is a great environment for high schoolers, especially those athletically and academically driven.... Read 251 reviews

Parent: My husband and I wanted an inclusive school that would be an extension of our family, and we found that in the Burgundy Community. We made the decision to send my son to Burgundy in JK and looking back now as he is in the midst of 2nd grade, choosing Burgundy was the best decision. Burgundy is a nurturing community that fosters the whole child, ensuring life long learners. Burgundy leans into a child's individual character and ensures every child is heard and has a voice. My son loves Burgundy and is thriving. I know without a doubt that Burgundy will lay the foundation for my son's continued success, not only in his future academic pursuits, but in life as a whole!... Read 10 reviews

Parent: The curriculum is thoughtful, encourages critical thinking and think outside the box. While the school has a strong focus in math and science, my child is getting a well rounded education with classes in Language Arts, History, Community, etc., electives in art, foreign languages and history of food as well as after school fun like drama, sports and animal lovers clubs! The daily updates are informative detailing by class what my child did that day and I like the sneak peak on what the higher grade levels are learning/reading/doing. The teachers encourage the students to advocate for themselves but they are always on hand to help! My child has developed strong friendships with kids at various grade levels which shows that there is a common comradery and closeness in this community. The best review I can give comes from my child who says that Ideaventions Academy "is the best school ever!" and we wholeheartedly agree.... Read 7 reviews
