Senior: I joined the Christian school district my junior year. Before attending Christian High School, I was at a poor public school. I had no idea what to expect. On my first day everyone there was so welcoming, teachers and students alike. All of the teachers I have had both this year and last year have been phenomenal. They will meet you where you are academically, and are always willing to lend a helping hand. Not only that but there is a great sense of community there. It’s a small school, so everyone knows your name. It makes you feel like you are cared about. I would say one thing the school needs to work on is the diversity. They have had past issues with race before, but they are making active changes to fix there mistakes. Be sure to try one of the amazing cookies from the cafeteria!... Read 64 reviews

Senior: The best part of St. Dominic High School is the community. It brings in people from all around Missouri. It has created an amazing atmosphere of learning and culture. St. Dominic has given students the best opportunities with the new additions of technology, staff members, and clubs. There is a place for students, parents, and other communities to join in on activities the schools funds for. The faith aspect St. Dominic has is truly and extreme faithful awakening. Faith is taught in many ways to look forward to finding God. Faith is a very big aspect of St. Dominic High School. The teachers at St. Dominic are the most professional teachers I have had throughout all four years. Teachers are always welcoming students to help gain knowledge of skills they will need in future classes. St. Dominic High School has been changing throughout the years with improving education, facilities, and involvement with communities. A change I would like to see is the learning conditions for students.... Read 75 reviews

Parent: The curriculum is thoughtful, encourages critical thinking and think outside the box. While the school has a strong focus in math and science, my child is getting a well rounded education with classes in Language Arts, History, Community, etc., electives in art, foreign languages and history of food as well as after school fun like drama, sports and animal lovers clubs! The daily updates are informative detailing by class what my child did that day and I like the sneak peak on what the higher grade levels are learning/reading/doing. The teachers encourage the students to advocate for themselves but they are always on hand to help! My child has developed strong friendships with kids at various grade levels which shows that there is a common comradery and closeness in this community. The best review I can give comes from my child who says that Ideaventions Academy "is the best school ever!" and we wholeheartedly agree.... Read 7 reviews

Senior: I came to Wright City High School in my Sophmore year in high school. It was very different considering it is a small school. The school was very welcoming, the environment in the school made the transfer worth it. Being in a smaller school has allowed me to participate in several clubs and sports that I would not have been in at my old school. This school year I have been apart of soccer, track, dance, NHS (my previous school did not acknowledge my grades), Student Council, yearbook, and Health Occupations. Wright CIty is one of the few schools that offers Health Occupations- which is a program through a tech school. The program has allowed me to gain a lot of new experiences, being able to shadow several different areas in the medical field. During my three years at Wright City, I was able to have better relationships with my teachers, and my peers.... Read 60 reviews

Senior: What I loved about Warrenton Highschool is that the teachers actually care about their students. If you did not understand something in class, you can come by in the morning of after school and they will be more than happy to help you. In addition, the school offers good sport programs, and we having amazing coaches that has helped us win. Our Girls Soft-ball has won state twice! Back-to-back! In addition, the community is just overall good, if you need help, you only need to ask, someone will always be there to help you if you need it.... Read 139 reviews

Parent: Our daughter attended Orchard House School and is now a senior in high school, preparing to transition to college next fall. OHS was the perfect place for her to learn, grow, and navigate the challenges of adolescence, while gaining a level of confidence that has propelled her throughout the past four years. She learned to think critically, write clearly and succinctly, and develop and articulate her opinions. We love OHS.... Read 10 reviews
