Senior: This school does a wonderful job at teaching the students by giving the students the option to progress towards their overall goals in life. Not only does it have a variety of classes to choose from that are located at the school itself, it has the option of online classes, the option to travel to classes around Livingston county, and the ability to apply for duel enrollment. With the only exceptions being a handful of kids that would rather not participate in class, there only a one thing about this school that I would improve. For example, with our lunches starting around 10:30 and many kids having sports after, the food portions are too small to last until kids get home. Other than that, I believe that Fowlerville High school is an excellent school.... Read 135 reviews

Senior: I believe that Peninsula Catholic is an awesome school. I came out of middle school with minimal enthusiasm for school, but due to the encouraging and helpful teachers, I ended up finding a lot of joy in school. The teachers here will literally stay an hour and a half after school to help you understand topics and become more confident in their subject. I wouldn’t have wanted to go to any other school and I contribute much of my work ethic and future success to Peninsula Catholic!... Read 95 reviews

Alum: I enjoyed many features of Dansville High School. I loved the teachers and the relationships I built with them throughout the years. Another aspect I loved was the close knit community. In result of it being a very small school we always knew our classmates and had teachers for multiple years. Having teachers for multiple years allowed me to get used to each teachers style and excel in their classes. The Honors Society we had at our school additionally provided me with many opportunities. I liked that we had a yearly blood drive, can drive, and other events. My favorite event was our Community Day when we were given choices on how we wanted to spend the day to get active in our community. I always chose to mentor elementary students. I would not change anything about my time there!... Read 73 reviews

Senior: I love going to Webberville High School. The kids I go to school with are always open and friendly to new people and opportunities. The school has a very positive environment, and the teachers are incredible. Because it is a smaller school, the teachers have more time to dedicate to each student's success. Overall, it's a great school filled with great people.... Read 19 reviews

Junior: Stockbridge is the most outstanding rural school that one can imagine. The teachers are so incredibly understanding, caring, and kind. Throughout my time at Stockbridge, I have developed relationships with my teachers that I hope lasts a lifetime, and I have met some of my closest friends at school. The school is an excellent balance of academic rigor and extracurricular fun with countless opportunities for one to succeed for being such a small school. Many people who have come from larger schools to Stockbridge enjoy the interconnectedness that is demonstrated each day in our building. Above all, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have been given to care for others in my school and in my community through volunteer programs and through finding openings to make an impact.... Parent: It has touched our hearts to see how much our children have grown in their faith as well as intellectually and socially while attending St. Martha School. Students at St. Martha School learn more than the core subjects and specials such as art, computers, world language, gym, and computers; they also develop strong virtues and good work habits that foster their growth as future leaders in their parish and within their community. We are so grateful for St. Martha School!... Read 9 reviews

Senior: Although competency based learning and block schedueling were completely new to me, Fraser High School made my transition in to high school very smooth. I never felt alone, i always had students and teachers I could rely on. Teachers were always very helpful and understanding. The students and staff were both were full of school spirit which made school activities fun for everybody. The only things I would like to change are the Midterms and Finals. Competency based learning proves student's understand the material completelt, Student's may not move on without passing the specific Unit. Competencies make Midterms and Finals obsolete.... Junior: Greenhills School is an amazing place. Everyone is extremely helpful. You make friends super easily. The school is averaged around 100 people per grade. Not small, but also big enough that you will see new faces. Greenhills is a middle school-high school combo. While middle schoolers don't usually interact with high schoolers, most high schoolers know at least one middle schooler. There are so many clubs, it's hard not to find one you'll like. And if you actually can't find your club, you can make your own, as long as you have a faculty sponsor. I can't express how much I love this school. The joke is everything here is amazing, just watch out during lunch ;)... Read 57 reviews
