Junior: York Country Day School is a phenomenal school! By having the opportunity to take college classes as juniors/seniors and having an AMAZING college counselor to help with the college process, YCDS is great at prepping their students! The only thing that the school lacks is diversity but, it is such a welcoming environment!...Read 27 Reviews

Alum: From Kindergarten to my senior year, Logos gave me a truly wonderful experience. The entire place is like a second home to me! I learned things I'm certain I would've never learned in public school, the teachers always cared about me as a person, and the opportunities given (and taken!) while I was there were astounding...Read 12 Reviews

Senior: I’ve loved my time at SJC! It took a little bit of time to get used to as a freshman because of how technologically dependent the school is. Most, if not all, work is done on the IPad which is great for so many reasons. The student life is amazing and staff want to see you succeed. However, some of the older teachers tend to get stuck in their ways of teaching and need to modernize their methods. Overall, SJC is a great environment for high schoolers, especially those athletically and academically driven...Read 251 Reviews

Parent: If you are searching for a school that provides each student with a top college level education and also provides an environment that promotes service, morals, Catholic values, and a faculty that welcomes your family with open arms.. YC is that school! As an alumni and current parent of a senior , what YC provided myself and our son wasn’t just a building made of bricks but a family of educators, staff, coaches, and administrators who reminded us that each student is an individual and special to the school. It is truly a family, people that show constant support, compassion, and love of teaching! You will NEVER regret the investment in a YC education. You only have one opportunity with your child’s education make it one that will put your child on the road to success as a student, athlete, and child of God. The people at YC are what make it such a strong place of value!...Read 118 Reviews

Senior: West York is a smaller school located in south central pa. With only around 1000 kids in the high school Almost everyone knows each other and many people pick up multiple activities. We’ve had numerous sports teams win state, district And county competitions. The music program is very popular and the overall day to day West York is a blast! I eat lunch everyday with my friends discuss topics beyond the curriculum with my teachers and find the value in community service with my involvement in the National Honor Society. I could t see my self under any other high school alma mater. Everyday I wake up and am proud to be a bulldog! Dogs up!...Read 187 Reviews

Parent: I have had a daughter recently finish St. Rose and move on after 7 years of attending and now have a son in 4th grade. St. Rose is a family. I never worry about them when they are at school because I know they are taken care of like they would if they were home with me. The staff is amazing and so caring. They all know each by name, not just those they work with on a regular basis. The other families share our ethical beliefs. We have made amazing friends and a wonderful support system by being part of the St. Rose family!...Read 9 Reviews

Parent: I couldn’t be happier with such an amazing school for my kids. Teachers are so well prepared, caring and demand the best for our children. HT is the most diversed catholic school in York like no other and treats all kids with respect in a very safe environment. It was one of the very few schools that did such a great job since the first days of the pandemic lockdown. They have the best healthy food choices, great music program and several after school activities. We are so blessed to be part of this institution. Kids learn a great sense of community service too. After 8 years of being part of this family I can’t ask for more...Read 2 Reviews

Alum: The school was definitely a smaller school, but the experience was impacting to my life. My graduating class was a graduating class of eight, and we all were like family. We were able to get more one-on-one time with our teachers to help us understand the material better of what we were learning, and the teachers poured into us and cared about us as individuals. The school would be perfect for those who like smaller classes, and to have more individual help from the teachers. This is a wonderful school for students to be changed and impacted in incredible ways...Read 1 Review

Parent: Both of our kids started at The New School in ninth grade, after eight years of public school. It was one of the best parenting decisions we've ever made. Everything about this school is terrific. The teachers are passionate, inspired, and inspiring. Small, topics-driven, seminar-style classes foster creativity and independent thinking, while the welcoming atmosphere makes everyone feel at home. Our two kids turned out to be very different kinds of learners, but both thrived at The New School. Our youngest graduates next year, and we'll be sad to think of not having that day-to-day connection. Can't say enough about this wonderful school!...Read 26 Reviews
