Parent: I only have experience with 1/2 the year, we moved to the area in the middle of the school year, but I can tell you that this school went out of their way to make our whole family feel comfortable. Both of my children were treated wonderfully and their teachers helped them fit in with the other kids. My oldest was having a hard time with the move but her teacher stuck with her and kept encouraging her and she grew to love her class. Their academics we're a little behind then some other bigger schools in Ohio but this actually ended up in our favor for our oldest who was falling behind and for our youngest they changed how they were teaching to meet his excelled learning rate. Parent: My children both are thriving at Parkersburg Catholic. My oldest began at PCES in kindergarten, and I've watched her grow and change so much, both academically, but also with her faith. She asks more questions about our religion, and is excited to go to church, and learn about God. My youngest, the more "challenging" of the two, is doing well in preschool. In spite of his spirited nature, his teachers take him on with grace, and an amazing sense of calm. I'm so happy we found Parkersburg Catholic Schools, and look forward to many years to come....
