Parent: Lansing Catholic High School is an outstanding high school! Great academics with great teachers, great sports teams, all sorts of clubs and activities so that everyone is part of something outside of the classroom. Faith and service are core to this school and not only are they talked about, but they are lived out! Students and staff have the freedom to talk about and grow in their faith and discuss social justice issues freely. This school is more than just a school, it is a home, it is a family!...Read 41 Reviews

Parent: We love LCS. They succeed with excellence in so many things! Academically, its very rigorous, with some of the most talented and caring teachers- dedicated to their craft and the students. Socially, they cultivate a very positive and supportive environment for every student. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and wisdom that the administration displays in their planning and execution. We love the community of the parents and families and of course the strong Christian values that form the bedrock for all that the school does and stands for!...Read 62 Reviews

Senior: I am part of Clonlara's off-campus program, meaning I take most of my classes at home, online, or locally. Clonlara has given me the flexibility to pursue other interests alongside academics and meet fellow students from all over the world through their pen pal program and Discord channel. My advisors have also been wonderful, and I have formed personal connections with both. I have really enjoyed my time at Clonlara and would definitely recommend it to others!...Read 20 Reviews

Works Here: New Covenant Christian School is not a normal Christian school. There is a palpable family atmosphere alongside a commitment to Christian discipleship, education, and culture. It is a place intent on bringing the Kingdom of God to earth in tangible ways. As an alum, my life was positively impacted beyond measure by New Covenant Christian School. As a parent of students at the school, I am daily humbled by the care given by the teachers to my children. And as an employee, I strive to join with parents to incarnate the values of Christ within every student. This is not a place of nominal Christian; rather, it is a place of life, of love, of grace...Read 5 Reviews

Junior: Great faculty and teachers, overall a very vibrant community of people. The schools work together to give students a well rounded curriculum from k-12. Diversity and progressiveness is fairly low, but that is to be expected of a rural town like Mason. Great athletics program, however the academic extracurriculars are lacking in budgeting and opportunities. There is a robotics team, youth in government, and a GSA at Mason High School. Overall a pretty nice school!...Read 238 Reviews

Alum: I enjoyed many features of Dansville High School. I loved the teachers and the relationships I built with them throughout the years. Another aspect I loved was the close knit community. In result of it being a very small school we always knew our classmates and had teachers for multiple years. Having teachers for multiple years allowed me to get used to each teachers style and excel in their classes. ...The Honors Society we had at our school additionally provided me with many opportunities. I liked that we had a yearly blood drive, can drive, and other events. My favorite event was our Community Day when we were given choices on how we wanted to spend the day to get active in our community. I always chose to mentor elementary students. ...I would not change anything about my time there!Read 73 Reviews

Alum: It prepared me way better than the public schools would have- when I transferred to a public school in 6th grade, I was a full year ahead of my classmates in what I had learned. The teachers always had the students in mind and the small class sizes help students to get help when they need it...One criticism I have is that my parents pushed for me to get accelerated classes and teachers weren't very helpful. I understand that they have a lot on their plates, but not much is done for students ready to go beyond the typical learning setting...Read 1 Review

Alum: I felt cared about by most teachers at Immaculate Heart of Mary-St. Casimir not just in my studies, but also in my emotional growth. It was just strict enough to ensure the development of good study habits and work ethic, while still keeping focus on the importance of learning to be kind and healthy. It could do better in organization, but is overall an excellent school...Read 2 Reviews

Parent: It has touched our hearts to see how much our children have grown in their faith as well as intellectually and socially while attending St. Martha School. Students at St. Martha School learn more than the core subjects and specials such as art, computers, world language, gym, and computers; they also develop strong virtues and good work habits that foster their growth as future leaders in their parish and within their community. We are so grateful for St. Martha School!...Read 9 Reviews

Parent: We transferred our children to CLS early in the Pandemic from MCPS to receive in-person schooling so we can continue to work. The amount of dedication and selflessness the staff and teachers displayed during this challenging and stressful time was a testament to their pride in their work and love of God. ...The quality in the schooling is good. Cursive, hand writing, language arts and grammar were deficient in the public schools and I was grateful that it is emphasized here. There was a lot of catching up for my kids! Living a life of good character is discussed regularly. ...My older child’s math did not grow much this year but it was because he was in accelerated math and this is not available at the school. I hope this can change. We are keeping both our children in this school this coming year.Read 50 Reviews
