- Maine-Endwell Central School District, NY
- Rating 3.82 out of 5 119 reviews
Junior: Overall the school is very well kept and everyone is involved in school activities. Not only are the academic ratings high the extra-curricular activities such as sports are very popular. Our school takes part in many musicals and plays due to a well organized music department. As far as the teachers they are all very welcoming and accept each and every student. The teachers go out of their way each and every day to help a different student in not only school life but their personal life as well! Maine Endwell High School has shown me the true meaning of a family, I can always count on the teachers and fellow classmates if I ever need to talk about anything or if I need help in my life.

Senior: Johnson City High School is a school full of spirit. For the most part everyone is friendly, the teachers are very supportive and want nothing but the best for their students. Our Music department is amazing and our athletes are so dedicated to their sports. We have many students in AP and dual credit classes; we have a wide variety of elective classes and clubs to suite everyone. At the end of the day we’re all family and support eachother.

- Rating 3.67 out of 5 36 reviews
Senior: Chenango Valley High School is a small school with many kind and dedicated teachers. Despite its size, there are still many opportunities for athletes, artists and performers, and driven and hardworking students. Unfortunately, Chenango Valley has little to no diversity and the guidance office rarely gives out any guidance.

St. James School
- Private School
- JOHNSON CITY, NY
- PK, K-6
- Rating 5 out of 5 5 reviews
Parent: I have two children and St James and I couldn't be happier there. The teachers and support staff truly care about the children. They go out of their way to get to know each child and do what's in their best interest. From the minute you walk in the building in the morning to the minute we pick up from after school, I know my kids are getting quality care and education, and are with people that value them. The smaller size of the school makes you feel like you're apart of a special community. The academics are top notch and the progress that my youngest son has made since joining St James has been remarkable. The smaller class sizes allow for more individualized learning, which is important as every child learns differently. I could go on and on about all the positives and am thankful I made the decision to enroll my children in this school!
