Freshman: I love Blanchet Catholic School for its many redeeming qualities. The school and its staff make it a priority to make sure that students are comfortable and excelling. Though the school may not have many academic programs and clubs, the available ones are of high quality and have been a lot of effort into. One area of improvement at Blanchet Catholic School is its diversity and school culture, which are lacking in multiple accounts. The school has, however, taken this into account and has made it a priority to fix this with new programs such as the new "Spirit Club".... Read 69 reviews

Alum: Over my fours years at Livingstone Adventist Academy, I couldn't have asked for anything more in a private high school. The feel was not that of a large school, but of an interconnected family who knew everyone. The teachers there genuinely care about your success and are there for you at all times. If you ever have a question, they are there for you to come to them. The other fellow students there are also very accepting and understanding to all of those that come in regardless of their previous background. I wouldn't trade my relationships and experiences I made there for anything!... Read 9 reviews

Sophomore: I was hesitant with the choice to transfer my schooling to online and to ICL Academy. Will I learn? Will I have friends? The list goes on and on, but my concerns are no longer relevant following my first year of online schooling at ICL. I am shocked by my level of consistently motivated spirit to learn. I can confidently give the credit to the applicableness of my learning. I can easily relate it to myself. I am amazed by the increased efficiency during school time; through a good balance of structured learning, and freedom when necessary. Everyone has different needs and schedules. Icl does a tremendous job with flexibility. For example, I found I had some extra time during the day, so I enrolled in a college level psychology class and two more rigorous classes at they're sister school: Dwight Global. Most importantly, the community is amazing. Almost everyone participates on a high level, and there is no shortage of thoughts and opinions being dished out in class. 10/10 rec to ICl!... Alum: I loved the staff and how supportive most were to their students. Cascade really cares about their students and will take action when students have the courage to stand up and say something. They do a great job of making the students feel heard. What I think they can improve on is their clubs and extracurriculars, as well as college readiness. There are a sad amount of involvement opportunities that would look great on resumes, scholarships, and college applications. College- level study habits should also be implemented into courses to make the transition between high school and higher education easier.... Read 102 reviews

Senior: My experience at Salem Academy has changed my life. It was a big shock when I went to this school for the first time because I had been homeschooled before that time. The teachers and students there made my transition to the school very smooth and I've enjoyed my time there ever since. This school offers everything a Christian student could want or need. Because of the small class size, there's an opportunity to have personal relationships with teachers which can build trust between teachers and students. They offer a great range of academic opportunities, including honors and AP classes, along with college dual credit opportunities. Their new STEM lab adds to their excellence in academics. They offer a wide range of sports, and they have an excellent arts program. With their required chapels and bible classes, it's easy to grow your relationship with God in a safe environment. Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Salem Academy.... Read 93 reviews

Parent: A small country school with all of the amenities of the bigger schools. The drama program is amazing, the best I've ever seen. The athletics are competitive, better than many larger schools, the students are encouraged to play more than 1 sport. The teachers care, really care... students are respected and valued at Regis. There is no fence on the campus, students feel safe.... Read 31 reviews

Senior: WVCS has had a huge impact on both my social life and my faith. The staff there know each student individually, and are fully devoted to seeing us succeed academically, in career, and in faith. Everything they do is to help us, and they are willing to go above and beyond to assist any particular student. The Christian atmosphere present at WVCS is very evident. We have one chapel a week, as well as a Bible class daily. The school also hosts many spiritual outings and events, such as worship nights, which include worships sessions and a sermon, as well as the overnight Spiritual retreat at the beginning of each school year. These have really helped me create a firm foundation in God. I am fully satisfied with my attending on WVCS, and I love every day here. Something I would change if I had the ability to would be our resources. The school has always been a little short on funds, and it leads to some compromises.... Read 17 reviews

Parent: Our child is a fourth grader at Queen of Peace school, and has been there since first grade. We toured several private schools in our area when kiddo was entering elementary school, and the environment and people (students and families alike) at Queen of Peace were hands-down the most warm and welcoming from the very start. In addition, we have found the academics at QPS top-notch. Kiddo is thriving in his studies, and the extra-curricular programming in the environmental sciences, art, music and PE has been excellent. I am grateful the kids get 3 recesses each day and several field trips each year to plays/musical performances and outdoor education locations (the Hatfield Marine Science Center being a notable one for us). The campus is transforming into an environmental science lab in itself - from gardens to worm bins and beyond! Kids are encouraged to get their hands dirty and learn experientially. We also appreciate the focus on kindness and caring for others. Love this school.... Read 19 reviews

Junior: The now called Crosshill Christian School is the single most interactive welcoming community I have ever been a part of. The staff is supportive and I have a friendship/strong relationship with all the staff and students alike. the school has instilled many of the good features and qualities that I have today, I wouldn't be where I am now in the leadership of my youth group without the connections and guidance from my classmates and the faculty above me. As I look upon the leadership my school provides I am encouraged to give back and serve at this school in the future and that is why I am going to college and become a teacher and join the educational workforce.... Freshman: I love going to school here. I felt at home my very first week, all teachers and staff made me feel welcomed. The food is good I'm very grateful that as a student I have my lunch covered. It's a very diverse crew we have and I think that within a community that is super important. All of my teachers are very interesting and unique in their own ways and just some of the kindest people I've met. If you're looking for a place to learn this is a great place to start.... Parent: Logos Charter School allows our 2nd grader to learn at his own pace. Our 2nd grader was having trouble learning to read. Our ES worked with us until we were able to find a curriculum that worked best for him. He is now reading thanks to an online program called, Reading Eggs! I do wish the school offered more activities/field trips for K-2 graders. Being apart of a Charter School versus being in a public school setting where the children attend school 5 days a week, I feel my child is missing out on the little, but memorable activities such as a Christmas performance for the parents or exchanging Valentines with their classmates. Also, the socialization is hard being that the children are in short, one hour classes with different children. My child has had a hard time forming solid friendships. Overall, Logos is a very good school for my energetic child.... Read 84 reviews

Parent: I like that ISP is a full immersion IB PYP school that offers three languages. It is a school that thinks of the student first and takes feedback constructively and uses the feedback to continually improve their processes. The teachers all work hard to support each and every student and to share the culture, not just the language that the student is enrolled in. In addition, the school is always working to improve on communication and to involve families to the fullest, to include grandparents and special friends! Language is about culture and this school has it balanced just right!... Read 22 reviews
