Senior: Schlarman Academy is by far my favorite of all 7 schools I have attended since pre-k. Schlarman Academy has given me an amazing education over the past two and a half years and I could not be more thankful. Not only have the students become family but the staff has made school feel like home every day. I am so grateful for the amount of time and effort my teachers have put into planning and educating throughout this pandemic. I will be sad to leave behind such an incredible school when the time comes but I look forward to graduating and find it such an honor to soon call myself Schlarman Academy Alumni.... Read 31 reviews

Senior: I have been attending La Salette since 8th grade, and I love it. La Salette prepares us in three ways for the world: spiritually, mentally, and physically. We have a strict schedule, helping with the mental formation, lots of time in the on-campus chapel, one of three small ones on campus, and we have a serious athletics program, of which most people are a part of. The school spirit is also one of the best I've ever seen.... Read 3 reviews

Alum: Westville is a very small, close knit school. Your teacher probably knows your father and mother. Your teachers will do anything and everything to make sure you succeed. The building is very well setup. Nice library. Have all your basic sports plus multiple clubs. Newer technologies in the classrooms. Only thing I wish were different were more class types offered.... Parent: We absolutely love Saint Clement! We have been a school family there since 2015 and couldn’t be happier. We can’t say enough about the amazing teachers and how dedicated they are to their students. Everyone on staff is friendly, engaging and always more than willing to lend a hand. We also love the support services they offer in addition to classroom instruction - reading support, math support, enrichment classes, school counselor, etc. Saint Clement not only offers a high quality, well-rounded education but also fosters the development of their students’ social-emotional skills and relationships. We highly recommend it!... Read 9 reviews

Sophomore: The faculty is very welcoming and warm towards all students. You can tell during classes that teachers give their all towards educating the next generation. The majority of the student body is bright, kindhearted, and has a high chance of achieving great futures. A high percentage of those who attend First Baptist are go-getters. The school has a semi-strict dress code to ensure an air of modesty. Lastly, one of the highest priorities of this institution is upholding a good moral code.... Read 5 reviews

Senior: Danville High School has its highs and lows. For example, there are frequent fights, bad attitudes, and not enough school pride. There aren't as much recognition or support for the arts and music as for sports, which is something I would like to see change. However, the administration is doing its best to change the negative culture at the school into a positive one. There is also so much talent at Danville High School. In the music and art departments, in sports, in academics. Even the teachers are extremely talented at what they do. Overall, Danville is not as bad as everyone makes it seem, and I will genuinely miss it.... Read 219 reviews

Junior: I have been at this school since I was 3 years old and I am in 11th grade now. Parent: I have one alum and two middle schools sons at Lowell. The younger two started in Kindergarten and the oldest in third after attending our local public elementary school. Although my sons are completely different, Lowell has managed to understand and bring out the best in each of them. My oldest, the quiet introvert at public school, was completely brought out of his shell and is now a confident 10th grader. Lowell taught him self advocacy. My younger two have been encouraged to use their over abundance of self-confidence to boost other children up. Thanks to Lowell, they are empathetic leaders. Lowell has helped me parent my boys to be their best selves -- confident yet kind, thoughtful and public-spirited. All of that PLUS a leading edge curriculum that allows them to easily attend the top public and independent high schools in the city!... Read 13 reviews

Parent: As the parent of two children in the lower school, I am extremely pleased with SSSAS. The Early Saints teachers make each day engaging for my 3-year-old. The monthly units the ES learn have prompted my son to apply what he’s learned to the world around him (the food unit they completed prompts a nightly discussion about which foods on his plate are muscle foods, brain foods, etc.). His teachers started a recent parent conference with 3 very specific adjectives to describe my son and given the examples they gave me, it is clear that really understand him as a whole child. My experiences with JK and K were also nothing short of fantastic; even during the pandemic the teachers were able to connect with my son. The K and 1st grade teachers have also provided my son a solid educational foundation; they have identified his strengths and given additional challenging work so that he hasn’t been bored. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly and appropriately addressed by his teachers.... Read 132 reviews
