Parent: The MCDS faculty is truly exceptional -- they bring expertise, passion, and a sincere interest in your student to everything they do. My children have received an outstanding education, but they have also developed important life skills including leadership, grit, teamwork, and compassion. We started at MCDS in Pre-K because we wanted our children to love to learn and we wanted them to have subjects like science, art, music, and Spanish that are not offered in local elementary schools. All three of my children, with very different interests, decided to stay through MCDS High School because of the exceptional teachers who believe in them and because of the supportive and inspiring environment. Alum: Prairie View is a middle school like no other, it is one of the most caring schools I've ever been to. They care both about their students and their academics. There are so many opportunities you couldn't possibly find at other schools. Teachers really knew how to talk to and explain information to students. I don't think I ever had a bad teacher. Some teachers are simply hilarious and know how to keep a class going. Freshman: Cardinal Heights is a great school for anyone who values academics and works hard. Senior: Honestly, my experience with DeForest High School has been good and I know some people would say that's crazy since it's school but DeForest has extremely helpful and caring teachers, and the content of our learning we get there is excellent. As a student, I know that if I need anything any staff member in that school would help me even if they don't know me, and if I am struggling with something in a class my teacher will go over it with me until I get it. I have enjoyed going to DeForest and my time there is coming to an end soon which is sad but I am exited to move on to new things such as going to college and getting into a career that I am interested in.... Parent: My daughter absolutely loves her school. I feel so proud whenever I go to Creekside for events, where I see a very diverse group of children and parents. It's a true reflection of our population giving our children positive social skills and the kind of compassion we should have for people from all backgrounds. The teachers are outstanding and recognize an individual's performance. Middle School Student: I had amazing teachers who would always go out of their way to challenge me in their curriculum. It is a very clean, large school for only two grades. Only having two grades really allowed new middle schoolers a chance to adapt without fear of older kids. Patrick marsh offered many starting programs; sixth grades was the first year of band and choir. They also offered beginners courses for languages. Seventh grade was the first year for school sports.
