Junior: Over the past three years, I have been in many clubs, honors and advanced classes, and the experience has been outstanding. The teachers have an amazing variety of teaching mechanisms. The food is great for a high school(I mean, come on; it's a high school, cut it some slack). The building itself, with the administration, teachers, and student body, has a great vibe. There are rarely any fights, and when there is one, it is stopped before it gets too far. There are almost never any complaints (that I've heard of) about the school, teachers, or the rest of the staff. If there are, they are only from student to student. Because of my involvement in yearbook, I can tell you that the sports and after school activities, such as dances, games, and club meetings, are entertaining, fun and excited. Again, this school has helped get me to where I need to be when I move on to college. Thank you CRHS!!!

Senior: I loved the different opportunities to be who I am. The academics are achievable and challenging enough to get the information into your head. The teachers are really nice and hard when they need to be; they don't tolerate unnecessary behavior. They discipline the students that need to be and congratulate the students that have not done wrong. I think the food is great, there are plenty of options for everyone to eat almost anything they would like. The sports they offer are great, though they could be better, are still efficient. Families are not as involved as they could be, but parents do have to support for their child some way so sometimes if there are events, the parents won't make it.

Alum: Jefferson Central School is a small school averaging less than 400 kids k-12. The sports is the more highly community supported clubs. The music and art programs are also highly supported. The experience of going to a small school and knowing everyone really helps create those friendship bonds. On the learning aspect of things, the education that we received is based on high standards though, coming from a small school, sometimes new technology took a little longer to arrive and become implemented. Once this technology arrived though, the education aspect began rising.

Senior: I could not ask for a better experience at my high school. It is a small school so you always see familiar faces. Teachers are very "students first" oriented. There is an organized mentor program where you participate in group activities to bond with other students and to learn the importance of school and friendship. Teachers are always willing to sacrifice free time to coach students in anything they need help with. At my school everyone has spirit, our pep rallies are always a blast for teachers and students. Our lunch staff is incredible and they always ask about your day. Our custodial staff are very funny and always cracking a joke to students. I feel safe in my school and I loved getting an education here.
