Senior: Port Isabel High School is a public school in the small town of Port Isabel. It’s a welcoming place and the staff are always doing their best to try to engage with their students. Administration gives each and everyone of us the opportunity to confide in them and know that we have somebody to go to when we have a problem. Besides having emotional support all around, everyone likes to have a tranquil environment. I never experienced a moment of abnormal chaos. Personally, I am an introvert and it takes me some time to get comfortable around others. However, making friends at PIHS was never a challenge. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming! Nevertheless, the education provided is always top notch. My teachers/professors always do and have done everything in their power to educate my classmates and I properly, and are always willing to give extra help when needed. There is nothing I would like to see change! Academics, sport, love and support can always be found at PIHS.
