Senior: It was a good four year experience. I always felt safe at school and mostly had a very good time there. Football games were always the best to go to. The faculty is all very nice and most teachers are willing to help you with anything you need. The food, like most school lunches, was not very good. The new coffee shop was a great addition to the school. Overall, Highland High School is a very welcoming, calming, and caring place to be. It is a very safe school in a safe community with a smart and very nice faculty.

Senior: I have loved meeting my life long friends that turned onto family. For incoming students be as involved as you can and always have fun no matter what you plan on doing. This highschool is small enough that you get so close with so many people you might have never thought you would get close with. Highschool really has been the best and worst years of my life, so many up and downs. The best part is when it all comes to an end and you realize you have accomplished so many things.

Alum: Hillsboro is a great school for the community it is in. While it may lack some of the college readiness and advanced opportunities of suburban schools, it has a culture of success and positivity that is hard to match.
