Senior: The staff and environment of the school is welcoming as soon as you walk through the doors. It is very evident that the teachers care about your well-being both inside and out of the classroom. Most importantly, the material and education is challenging but prepares you for post-secondary education...Read 50 Reviews

Alum: Graduated 20 plus years ago. Now I have 3 kids in the school district. Each in a different school. If the kids show initiative the teachers are great. Unfortunately the ones who fall are the ones less pushed. But as a graduate and now a parent if I ask anything I get answers. The staff truly wants to help thoes who want help. Thoes who have drive will succeed! If you have kids needing any special assistance ie speech therapy, occupational therapy etc my experience with the elementary school has been beyond exceptional!...Read 68 Reviews

Sophomore: Overall, some of the most rewarding educational years of my life so far. For the area, this middle school isn’t of a high value. The basis for all learning you’ll do in high school is well structured in this middle school. It offers a variety of optional classes, as well as principal classes. I would, however, like to see consolidation in the classes. For example, there are two separate classes for language and reading which could be put together to offer new courses...Read 1 Review

Alum: I loved my four years at Wayland and wish they lasted longer. I wasn't popular in middle school and dealt with bullying issues, but the student body and teachers at Wayland were warm, supportive, and empowering from my first day to my last. Some of the best mentors in my life came from Wayland, along with lifelong friendships and memories I will never forget. The education is top-notch, and extracurriculars made the experience. I highly recommend the school...Read 59 Reviews
