Senior: Very great teachers that care about you and your education. Everyone I have met at East Surry has been very nice and welcoming. The sports at East Surry are outstanding in just about every sport. If any issue comes up, the administration knows just how to handle the issue. I have had so much fun at Friday night football games. We would have themes every Friday and the whole student section would participate. I would say the school spirit at East Surry is excellent. I felt very safe at East Surry. Everyone had key cards that were necessary to get into the doors of the building. At the football games, no bookbag was allowed in order to keep everyone safe from someone sneaking in weapons of any sort. The teachers aren't just teachers at East Surry, they also are there for you if you are dealing with any personal issues they are there to help you. I have had a very great 4 years at East Surry High School, and I will miss it very much!
