Senior: I thoroughly enjoyed attending New Hartford High School. I could always rely on the support of my teachers when I needed help and was academically challenged in the best way possible. Administration offers students a lot of freedom as well which I believe helped prepare us for life on our own. For example we were offered off campus lunch everyday. We could go and drive wherever we wanted in town so long as we were back on time. I never stayed in for lunch so I am not certain about the quality of the food in the cafeteria though I have heard it is not terrible. I always had access to any technology or learning resources I needed. There is also a wide range of clubs at the school from Art club to Leadership Core. The one thing I disliked about the administration at New Hartford is they did not make any effort to comfort or reach out to students during the Pandemic. In fact, teachers increased the difficulty of topics and assignments during virtual learning. Overall I would recommend NH.
