Senior: I have been at Heritage for 13 years. Started in Kindergarten where I learned to read and write and receive Jesus has my Lord and Savior. Even through our school is small, I have been a part of the Scream Team and Dazzlers (pep team and twirling baton team in elementary), ASL for 4years, theater for 4 years (which includes One Act Plays and High School Musicals), cheerleader for 2 years, gone on a winter Mission trip to Missions, Texas 3 years, football and basketball Trainer for 4 years. And I have received the Christian Student of the Year Award. Our school gives us an opportunity to experience different activities. We are also an College Prep school. The standards are high and the teachers make sure we are accountable to the College Prep standards. I love being at Heritage and experience I have had there. Even through I’m shy at first in meeting people, talking in front of people is not an issue. Heritage has made me have a passion for ASL and Sports Training...

Senior: Community High School has been an experience that I will forever be grateful for! The school puts students safety as their first priority which made me feel that I can feel comfortable knowing that I am safe and when I feel uncomfortable there is always someone there that I can talk about it. Whenever I am in need for assistance on a subject, there have been a handful of teachers willing to assist me as best as they can, which has given me a great learning experience at Community. Community has shown me what a school is all about, a safe learning environment, supporting staff members, and the love from such a community. Although, there are things I would like to change about Community such as making the student life more interesting; new activities, organizations, clubs, etc. Overall, I appreciative to have experience being a BRAVE at Community High School and I wouldn't change a thing!...
