- Oregon Trail School District, OR
- Rating 3.57 out of 5 150 reviews
Senior: My experience at Sandy High School was the best experience I've ever had at a school. I enjoyed every second of my high school experience thanks to the students, teachers and staff. This school is very well organized and has many different opportunities for each student as an individual. I have gotten the best education because the teachers there genuinely care about their students. Thanks to my school counselor I have gotten so much done that I only needed 2 credits at the start of my Senior year and I know exactly what I want to do after high school. I would consider myself friends with most of the students at Sandy High School and they're all amazing and respectful individuals. I believe the friends I have made will be my life long friends. I also got the chance to be a part of Sandy's Varsity cheer team which was the best! The girls are amazing and so are the coaches. I am very proud to be a Pioneer! Go Sandy!

Alum: Wy'East Mountain Academy is one of the greatest experiences of my entire life, and has truly set me up for a very successful career outside of sports. I originally attended due to my passion & pursuit of Snowboarding, but ended up finding so much more than I expected. It is true that this school is an unbelievable benefit for any student/athlete with a dream to perform their sport of choice at the highest level. The Resources, Coaching, Facilities, and Support structure for action sport athletes is second to none. However, it is the academic side that sets this school apart. The hybrid version of online schooling mixed with real teachers and tutors was the best possible University preparation I could have ever imagined. I had never considered myself to be a good student in regular high-school classes, although the structure in place at Wy'East allowed me to excel. This school requires focus, dedication, and hard work in every aspect. Although, this effort will pay you back in spades.
