Senior: Going to this school has honestly been a life-changing experience for me. They stayed true to their word when they said it would be a lot of work, but it allowed me to experience learning at a college level early, further preparing me for college life way more than other high schools could. And as an incoming senior, I am on my way to obtaining my associates degree in the spring of 2023! With how small the school is, the support system is phenomenal as well. But along with the early college experience, with this school being a “magnet school” I didn’t know at least 80% of the people in my class my freshman year. This gave me a chance to truly find my identity, something that I believe that a typical high school couldn’t have done. I definitely made the right decision to go to this school.... Junior: I loved the faculty and staff at this school! The teachers are super nice and very helpful whenever I’m struggling. I feel like I’m at home when I’m at this school and I’m able to make a lot of friends easily. I also love how I’m able to be present in chapel once a week so I can glorify God in all that I do. However, one thing that I would like to change about this school is the uniform. We aren’t allowed to wear our letter jackets in school at all, even in the winter. And we aren’t allowed to wear any Concordia related sweatshirts either. It makes it a bit difficult to learn when I don’t have a warm sweater to be in when it’s the winter time.... Read 204 reviews

The school itself is very clean and well-kept with regular renovations that are beneficial to the school. The school actively promotes good choices and well-behaved students with fun programs and monthly rewards in classes. Dwenger cares about their sports teams and announces their victories and names with morning announcements and has run-throughs for the teams before big games. The school has regular all-school mass, all-day adoration, and regular confessions to provide students with the capability of strengthening their Catholic faith along with theology classes. Senior: I love the Christian community the school provides. They give us time and resources to help us grow in our personal walks in faith. The community has been for the most part very welcoming and warm. I have found one of the closest most trustworthy groups of friends I have ever had. Senior: Hey Guys and Gals, although I am a high school senior this my first year being a panther. So far my experience has been great with the faculty, my peers, and my teachers. Since I am all virtual I usually have quite a few technology problems, but the main office and others are always quick to my aid. When I am having trouble on a particular task my teachers are quick to reexplain the question and If I am still not getting they go through the question with me. The teachers also do a great job of checking up on the students and offer a lot of 1 to 1 help. My peers have helped me adjust to Snider in many ways. Many have welcomed me in open arms. Even though we are all virtual that doesn't keep us from conversating and helping each other out with questions we may have. Freshman: Woodlan is a fantastic school. They offer many classes so you can have exactly what you want. The atmosphere is great and there are many groups of people so you can fit right in. The extracurricular activities are amazing and the coach work their hardest with you to make sure you are playing at your best. The lunches are pretty great also. There is so much variation in the food it’s awesome, and there are always three choices per day in case you don’t like one or two of the choices. Or you can even bring something from home and warm it up a microwave. Everything about Woodlan I absolutely love and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The class size usually does not exceed 15 students to 1 teacher and at times may be only 5. The students have room to spread out in the classrooms and have more 1 on 1 time with the teachers.... Junior: I realized when I started high school just how great of a school St. John's was. While I there, I did not like it very much and took for granted my experience there. I am grateful my parents sent me here, and looking back, I would not have wished to be anywhere else.
