Sophomore: I have attended trinity school for 11 years and plan on graduating from there. It is really easy to make connections with the teachers and they are invested in creating a learning environment that we can thrive in. They offer a lot of opportunities in athletics and academics in order to find what you are interested in. Any time I have had a problem with an assignment, friend, teacher, or even something personal that doesn't involve school, the teachers and administration have always been a great help and are always willing to listen to you and if needed find a solution to make sure that you are in a safe and comfortable environment. The teachers really do care so much about the students and they will always be your number one cheerleader to cheer you on every step of the way of your academic and athletic career. The entire community built around Trinity is so tight knit and its super easy to find people that you enjoy being around. Overall, it is just a wonderful community.... Read 36 reviews

Freshman: Overall, my experience was mostly positive. The classes were standard; the schedules were reasonable, and most of the teachers were wonderful. However, I did experience a few professors who did not stay on schedule, had to be reminded to grade and open assignments, and were not available when they said they would be. I would have loved for my last few semesters there to have been fulfilling, but those who taught me dimmed my experience. Alum: The beauty of this school is found in its unorthodox teaching methods and immersion with real-life scenarios that truly prepares its students for more than academic success. MCA builds each student's character while it simultaneously grows their mind. I am extremely grateful for the impressions the tutors of this academy made on me and the ways in which each class taught me to not only value education but to approach life with a genuine interest in absorbing as much as possible and choosing to make every obstacle that one faces a chance to learn and overcome. Parent: I love Compass Academy! The classes are capped, so they aren't over crowded - this allows teachers time to work with students one on one when its needed, and tutoring is easy to come by. Junior: I have been going to the STEM Academy since it opened in 2014. I started out as a second grader in a class of about 20 students and am now a junior in a class of about 70. Throughout the years many of the kids that I started my STEM days with are still some of my best friends and have also stayed at the STEM Academy with me. There have been many ups and downs throughout my time at the STEM academy, but I am so incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn among such great peers and teachers. Our school is centered around Project Based Learning. This means that we don't just sit at a desk and do paperwork, we are able to have interactive assignments including presentations, dioramas, etc. This has significantly helped me grasp some harder concepts. If I were to change anything about my school, I would change sports and fine arts. We were a charter school and we didn't have access to this. Parent: My daughter went here after being accepted for 5th grade. She was at Middletown Elementary prior to transferring, where she wasn’t challenged in class, ever. She was and still is a straight A student. She loved Greathouse and that she felt a bit more challenged there, instead of bored racing through work. The school is clean, the administration are all kind, and the kids don’t run wild like I’ve seen in other schools. The only thing they need help on is the flow of the carpool line, updated/demo playground, and the cafeteria food is awful-but they don’t have much control over that. Although, if we are forced to pay for it unlike 95% of the other Elementary schools, it should be better selection. Some of it I wouldn’t feed my dog.... Read 2 reviews
