Alum: I very much enjoyed my time at Conestoga Valley HS. The school continues to increase in its diversity, which is encouraging and there were a number of clubs and activities that students could be involved in. The school is made up of some excellent educators, however, the administration does not always match up with that. In my time there, they were not effective at handling situations that arose that could damage their image as an administration. They seem to have been in an enormous amount of debt while I was there, which appears most prominently in the quality of their facilities. Nevertheless, the STEM programs, as well as the drama program seem not to have taken a hit, and I was always impressed at the opportunities presented to students in these areas. I just wished the music and arts programs continued to receive the same support. Sports are average, but the district does not always seem to do the best at hiring the best coaches to facilitate success.

Senior: In my opinion, I think this school is a great school, and has definitely become much better over the past few years. There is a lot of freedom when it comes to picking classes, which allows people to be better prepared for their desired career path. Most of the staff are great, and the students are all pretty good kids. There's little violence, and the security does a good job of preventing and stopping it. Our sports are well funded, and most of them do pretty good on average. The laptops are honestly really helpful, and make the learning experience a bit more engaging. My only complaint (which is admittedly completely subjective) is that the actual school building is quite small. I'd be interested in seeing the school building expanded to offer more classes, but I understand that getting funding can be difficult. The actual school grounds are quite big, so that helps compensate.
