Middle School Student: I loved going to Hudson Prairie for elementary school. The staff was very educated and supportive to all students. Most teachers were very experienced and students learned a lot there. Extension programs and Special Ed programs at the school were pretty good, but as always, the food isn't the best at elementary schools. Also, there wasn't too much diversity there either.... Senior: I have been at New Life Academy for 15 years and it has been an amazing experience! What I love most about New Life is the community and the many opportunities to try new things out and not be afraid to fail. Everything New Life does is centered around Jesus. Parent: I have a son who attended kindergarten and will attend first grade (hopefully, covid-19 may have different plans) in the fall of 2020. His teachers have helped him learn so much and he's exceeding normal kindergarten curriculum. He is currently reading at a 3rd grade level. The safety, responsibility and respect Rock elementary has instilled in their environment is exceptional. My son has came home from school nearly every day reciting their safety, responsibility and respect rules. Since the covid-19 shut down my son has still been able to get the education he needs and has been able to be in contact with his teacher and very missed classmates everyday.... Read 1 review

Parent: We have our third child now at Hill-Murray and each has had different, but positive experiences at HM. Our oldest, a daughter, focused on volleyball and she adored many of the teachers and was challenged by all of them. She still talks about and has stayed in touch with one of her seventh grade teachers. Now she is a confident, verbal, socially-conscious second year law student and doing very well. Our second child, a son, snuck onto the football team after persuading my wife that he would just be a kicker. He was soon a starting receiver scoring touchdowns and enjoying the "ultimate team game" on Friday nights. Now a junior at Creighton, last year he came home and delivered a speech to the entire school body about what being a Pioneer meant to him. Our third child, a sophomore boy, is having a great time and excelling academically, athletically, and socially, despite covid. Senior: Hudson High School has wonderful educational, musical, athletic, and extracurricular programs. The teachers at our school are devoted, passionate, and intelligent. Our building was recently renovated, and is very beautiful and has many classrooms with large windows and natural lighting. I believe it has one of the top high school choir programs! Many of our athletic teams have won the state championship multiple times, at the D1 level. Many opportunities for people of all interests, as there are countless clubs. However, the way the school handles safety measures with COVID-19 is disappointing. When there was a large outbreak in our county, the mask matrix was removed completely instead of followed.
