Senior: My experience at Hollidaysburg has been for the most part great. With every school there are ups and downs, but at Hollidaysburg the teachers are always striving to make our high school experience matter. Whether that be pushing us academically, coming out to support our sporting events, or honoring students that work hard; they are always in the process of making everyone feel included. The classes at Hollidaysburg are also academically challenging, with teachers that push you to your full potential. Obviously some classes are harder than others and students learn at different rates but every school deals with that. Hollidaysburg isn't perfect, there are some teachers that could care less about teaching and just give meaningless worksheets. Others don't realize that students have a life outside of school. All in all, Hollidaysburg does a fine job of seeing a problem and forming a solution.

Senior: It's a nice place to learn and a pretty comfortable environment, but I would like to see its music and art programs grow as well as the development of clubs and after school activities.
Most teachers show their individual interest in the academic and spiritual success of each student. Certain teachers even make an extra effort to improve the high school experience for each student.
Over my years of attendance the sports programs have improved. As well as their soccer and basketball programs, a track program has been developed. It would be great to see more sports programs be developed as the school grows.
While sports has grown, music and arts have decreased. The music and arts departments definitely need more attention.
