Senior: Elmwood High School is a small school that is surrounded by a tight knit community in a small town. It does a great job of supporting its sports. However, it does have a problem supporting female sports and academy extracurriculars such as scholastic bowl. It also barely supports the arts to the point where the art programs get basically no funding. The teachers there for the most part are friendly and helpful. Most of them truly care about their students. The opportunities are limited because it is a small school, however, the community makes up for that aspect. Over all it is a fairly good school.
