Senior: As a senior at CSG who's spent 7 years here, I've been at this school for a long time. CSG has a lot of good things about it, but there are some things you should be aware of before attending. CSG has excellent teachers, and most students here form close relationships with them. You can always meet individually to ask for help, and they all have office hours/free periods to faciliate that. There's a wide variety of classes here that get more interesting as you progress, and the academics are difficult but not impossible. There is a significant amount of homework that can become overwhelming at times. Sports here are my least favorite part. If you're not already "good" at one before coming, you will not get better. The food here is AMAZING, and you'd be pressed to find better food anywhere else. This is initially why I came lol. Diversity here is on the race in racial, gender (yes, gender), and socioeconomic areas which is nice to see. The social life here is severely lacking.... Read 66 reviews

Senior: I transfered from a small school to Dublin Coffman as a freshman student. I was nervous, but our school has a great inclusion program for new students called the New Student Group. We met regularly with our other new peers and our guidance counselors to make sure we were getting acclimated to a large, new school. The guidane counselors at Dublin Coffman are amazing! They are very accomidating and always make time for you. They are great commuicators. Dublin Coffman also has many opportunities for inclusion in clubs and peer groups. Coffman is very diverse and you are exposed to many different cultural backgrounds. It's a wonderful opportunity, especially for a student coming from a small school that is not culturally diverse. Junior: the school is amazing and it gives a very suburban public school vibes. many of us have lived in the same neighborhood since like second grade so everyone is very closed. the teachers do a really good job helping out and it really help the student. a star off is the food or the cafeteria is not always the best but everything else it pretty good. the school has a really good sports, clubs, and dance committees and those are always accessable to students... Senior: I have been very pleased with my experience at St. Charles. When I was an incoming Freshman I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised with the strong academics and culture. I think it has prepared me for college more so than any other school in the state of Ohio would have been able to and has allowed me to create strong friendships along the way. Our sports programs are some of the most competitive in the Columbus area. They give the students room to grow as an athlete and as an individual. St. Charles Prep. truly shines in its teaching of the maths and sciences. It has some of the best teachers in those subjects, and they can be helpful if you thinking of going into a field with a heavy emphasis on those subjects. St. Charles Prep. has taught me how to manage my time, strengthen my academics, and help me create lifelong relationships. People who are able to get ahead and take college classes while in high school can graduate with many college credits. However, there are many kids who get stuck and struggle to come up with enough credits to graduate. The school is not built for everyone. Senior: My experiment with St. Francs Desales HighSchool is one to remember. I remember coming into my freshman year all nervous and sacred. The teachers, administration, and seniors helped by welcoming the freshman with open and loving arms. They made me feel more comfortable and confident with my approach. I was introduced to new friends who I have grown close with and trust with my life. The best parts of St. Francis Desales are its academics, they help any and everyone to their fullest extent, very welcoming, and they have many extra curricular activities. The worst parts of Desales are probably just some teachers who don’t teach well but that’s about it. Niche User: I used to go to this school and honestly I have had high highs and low lows, I will say the teachers are supportive and are pretty good at teaching. The food is average and there are wayyy too many students. The school is borderline overflowing which causes less personalized care unless you ask for it, and I have had instances where the lunchroom is so full you can't eat there! Senior: Bishop Hartley is a great place to get higher education. I am not Catholic but the teachers make it an open discussion for non Catholics to voice their opinions or say what they do in their religion. You meet some very solid friends there as well. I have made great relationships with teachers and the lunch ladies. You wouldn’t think much of people who serve you food but to me they do more they do much more. They always want to know how you are and how school is going for you. I’ve had the best life advice and overall conversations from them. There was one lunch in particular that I’ll never forget. My lunch account was low and I didn’t know, but one lunch lady gave me some grace. I enjoy the women who work in the cafeteria. They are filled with so much joy and are always ready for a conversation. It’s a nice break from teachers and just being able to have a conversation about anything, You while learn in high school that a “Thank you” or a “yes ma’am and yes sir” goes along way....
