Senior: My experience at Clarksville Academy was wonderful. It is very different from my experience at Kenwood High school. I have more opportunities then ever! I'm able to take challenging classes, go on out the country trips, have college credits, be able to learn quicker, and have one on one with the teachers. I have found amazing friends that have the same mindset as me and be able to be myself with out feeling pressured to stay quiet from the other students. Parent: We have been very pleased with this school. Our daughter has done very well and loves the teachers. They help each students strive for their potential and encourage them to press on even when they do not believe in themselves. The biblical teaching has been sound instruction and my daughter has felt safe expressing herself and growing in her faith. The opportunities for the students to participate in their own education with educators that have seen their abilities and push them towards their goals for adulthood has been inpressive. Bullying is addressed quickly bit also in a way that allows the students to participate in resolving conflict amongst themselves by communicating and working through their differences, which is greatly important in a time when the world seems to have lost the ability to communicate. Freshman: Middle College at Austin Peay has been an amazing opportunity at pursuing a higher education after my final years of high school. The best part was experiencing college life on campus, from the challenging classes to the fun events they have for everyone. Having this opportunity, though, does have its ups and downs. For example, a student got caught up in the college life and decided to take advantage of it by getting with a much older college student. This resulted in an investigation and almost tarnishing the reputation of middle college as a whole. Having the program jeopardized like that encouraged not just me, but others to bounce back from this and work harder. If I could change anything, it would be the disciplinarian action that should've been taken. Although that is a very negative experience, there are some good ones! Such as, every lesson I've learned here at Middle College from numbers and history to learning to maintain goals and being held accountable of my own success.... Read 253 reviews

Parent: We have a daughter in Rossview Middle. We have been here for 1 year so far, (military) and we love this school. The way they involve parents is amazing. They want you to be involved and a part of your child’s school. Academics are great and they have many cultures that make up a very diverse student body. I greatly appreciate this aspect as I want my children to know many cultures and speak other languages. They have many clubs and sports teams. Many stem related programs and a robotics team. Parent: We’ve been at HCA for one year. My son has attended numerous other schools and never found one as caring or compassionate as HCA. He cried on his last day of school and can’t wait to go back to school in the fall. He’s NEVER done that before. His 6th grade teachers were amazing and HCA feels like home. Senior: As a senior at Clarksville High School, and having attended there since freshman year, I am proud to say I have attended the best school in my county. During my time there I made friends and built relationships with people I would have never thought I would; but with the diversity Clarksville High provides, it should not come as a surprise. Clarksville High offers the best academics in the county all while still being a fun and freedom full school. As a result, many of my best memories have come from being at Clarksville High making memories with my friends. Whether it came from attending extracurricular activities like the talent show or attending sporting events like football games, Clarksville High always provided the best school moral. However, I would be lying saying it was the perfect school. The main issues I have with Clarksville High is the lack of dedication for college readiness. Senior: I have been at PVCS since I was 2 years old. I am now a senior and enjoy the small-knit community and the closeness of the students and faculty. It is a small private Christian school where many kids are sent to be protected from the dangers of public school or be around other Christians like them. I have enjoyed my overall experience at PVCS, although it is much smaller than other schools and doesn't have as many athletics or academic opportunities. I would still recommend the school to someone looking for somewhere to send their kids where they want them to feel safe and protected. Senior: At Montgomery Central High School my experience as a whole has been excellent. During your 8th grade year you are given the opportunity to sign up for a variety of classes such as AP, Dual Enrollment, Construction, Business, etc. All of the focused electives at this school allow you to build skills for your future and also get good fillers for your resume. For example in my business class I have been given the opportunity to get multiple certifications, such as; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, OSHA, EverFi, Etc. The teachers in this school are also exceptional. They are all very eager to help in anyway they can, and they are very easy to connect to on a personal level. The administration and staff are also very kind and welcoming to all and don't let any issues go unnoticed.
