Alum: I loved the small-school atmosphere and having the ability to get to know all of my classmates. I participated in sports and had so much fun, all the coaches are awesome! The school has an exciting school spirit and is very supportive of all of it's students. I would like to see some of the rules changed, they seemed unnecessary and out to date. Students got in trouble for being caught with their cell phone, but technology is an important part of learning in todays world. Some of the teachers have been there forever and seem to be getting lazy...

Boiling Springs High School
#174 Best Public High Schools in Pennsylvania
- South Middleton School District, PA
- Rating 3.53 out of 5 150 reviews
Alum: Overall my experience at Boiling Springs High School was a positive one. The teachers here were not only knowledgeable, but also interested and dedicated to the students' wellbeing. The leadership within the district, at times, lacked communication, but the teachers were always quick to adapt and aid the students in adapting to any changes as well. Lastly, I would also like the district leaders to include the faculty, the staff/administration, the community, and the students in the decisions. There were many times when students were asked for their opinions only after a finalized decision was made. This only lead to frustration and to feelings of disrespect - all of which could have been avoided...

Carlisle Christian Academy

- CARLISLE, PA
- Rating 3.5 out of 5 2 reviews
Alum: I enjoyed my time at Carlisle Christian Academy. I attended the school from 8th grade, and I graduated from CCA. All of the teachers and staff members are professing and practicing Christians. I appreciated the way that faith was fully integrated into every subject taught at the school. The sense of Christian community at the school is strong. The academics are rigorous and prepared me well for college. The class selection, as far as electives, are limited. The teachers work hard to make learning fun and challenging...
