Orestimba High School
- Newman-Crows Landing Unified School District, CA
Senior: At Orestimba, the staff genuinely cares about the students and their education. For example, Orestimba requires 260 credits to graduate, which largely exceeds the state requirement. Our staff truly cares about our success within our futures! Since it is a small school, students and teachers get to know each other on a personal level, making our education much more fun while enhancing our willingness to learn. Although Orestimba is a great high school, there is only one thing that I would change. I wish Orestimba had more than 5 AP classes available throughout my junior and senior year. I am a student of high caliber who enjoys challenging classes, but I am limited to how many I can take due to the minimal opportunities at school. I am forced to take regular classes that I breeze through because I already know most of the material from my other AP classes.
