Junior: Overall CHS is a great school with a wide variety of academics, electives, and extracurriculars for students to take part in. The cafeteria serves delicious and well made food that the students actually enjoy and look forward to eating. The only downside to the school that comes to mind is the unfair distribution of funds/focus in regards to the extracurriculars. Our swim team doesn't have a local pool to practice in and have to travel to use another schools pool, meanwhile our football team gets new equipment and infrastructure almost, if not annually. And lastly our arts programs, despite doing well and regularly bringing in top level ratings, are barely supported by the school and often end up relying on the small amount of sponsors available to run the programs. Our schools auditorium, which houses performances for Theater arts; Band; and Chorus, has not been updated probably since it was built and has many problems with the way sound bounces of the walls....
